The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the Central Station and Metro, which makes it easy to get around. However, the service was disappointing. The staff did not inform me about where to have breakfast or explain any of the facilities available for guests. I also felt ignored during my stay, as the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive. Additionally, the toilet had a constant bad smell,which made the experience even more unpleasant. While the location is great, the poor service and hygiene issues left me dissatisfied.
